The Hudson Valley Pathways Academy is hosting an art show and silent auction of original sneaker designs. "A Walk in Their Shoes" is meant to shed light on the tremendous struggles that refugees and immigrants face. All proceeds raised will be used to support The Children's Home of Kingston and their work with Voice Theater. Voice Theater workshops are designed to educate students about the plight of refugees in our area and around the world.

HVPA young scholars will be sharing their writing, art, and ideas at this very special event and we would love to see you there! Look out for photos of the sneakers as our students begin to design and paint them to reflect their learning.

Come out, buy a book, grab a snack, and bid on a pair of sneakers for a great cause!
