We're welcoming Helen Rothenberg, PhD, to discuss her book, The Perfect Mix: Everything I Know About Leadership I Learned as a Bartender. Rothenberg bartended in New York City throughout her academic career, and has consulted for Fortune 500 companies, small technology start-ups, and nonprofit organizations.She now teaches strategy at Marist College's School of Management, and still makes a mean cocktail.
