Lee Kalpakis is a is a professional cook and nature enthusiast living in the Catskill Mountains. Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, she spent years in New York City working in food media as a recipe developer, cooking show host, culinary producer, food stylist, and private chef before making the decision to move back upstate to live in a 22 foot long camper in the woods. Her days are spent cooking, basking in the beauty of the Catskill Mountain region, and building a cabin in the woods with her partner Sean. Through living in a tiny secluded camper for two years, Lee has found a tremendous passion for functional tiny kitchen recipes and cooking over open fire.
